CanTinians is nestled in the foothills of the Andes. While much of CanTinian´s 20 acres of vines were originally planted in 1923 none of today´s vines are younger than thirty years old. They grown Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon.

Malbec 2010 has a deep and dark berry colour. A well balanced wine. This is a perfect example of an excellent Argentinian malbec from Lujan de Cuyo, Mendoza.

This is an elegant wine of intense purple tones and defined body, has been obtained through the Petit Verdot, perhaps the most exotic grape of Burdeos. In the mouth is sweet and delicate, with floral notes; it can also been identified black cherries, blackberries, plums and raspberries, all of them covered by those typical scents provided by the ageing of nine months in new French oak barrels, like vanilla and chocolate.

Creamy and unique, it is a perfect accompaniment to grilled red meats, good prosciutto and matured cheeses.

Xumek is 100% State Grown Winery, is placed 3000 feet above sea level with 125 mm of annual rainfall. Harvest is around 15^th of January. All grapes are hand picked into 30lb bines. The rich colors and bright fruit are the result of well tended grapes grown in the arid, rocky region of San Juan’s Zonda Valley, north of Mendoza. Bodega Vistalba is the creation of Carlos Pulenta. He comes from the second generation of a respected Argentinean winemaking family. Wines are estate grown and hand picked from 70-year-old vines. Carlos owns a farm in Cafayate Valley, Salta province and he brings the grapes to Mendoza in order to do this wine. Tomero Torrontes has a bright yellow color.  Deep flowers aromas like roses, blossoms and jasmines. Fresh in the mouth with some mineral notes.

Capel is the biggest spirits company and producer of pisco in Chile. Most of its croplands are in the Elqui Valley where the company was founded as a producer’s cooperative. Pisco Capel is an all natural grape spirit produced in northern Chile. It is a blend of 30% Muscat grapes and 70% Pedro Jimenez and Torontel grapes, then aged in wooden casks for four to six months. It is slowly distilled with the crystal-clear water from the high Andes Mountains, resulting in a transparent spirit with delicate bouquet.
