TEMPRANILLO
Made from 100% Tempranillo
Estate grown and bottled in Huanacache, San Juan, Cuyo, Argentina.
The grapes are harvested in the first week of March, handpicked to ensure the best quality grapes are selected.
This wine is kept in oak barrels for ten months, then aged in the bottle for one year.

This exclusive crafted wine was aged in French Oak Barrels for 16 months (from April 2005 to August 2006)
This amazing wine has been in Don Domenico`s mind for many years, but it was only in 2005 when the climatic conditions allowed our grapes to reach the right characteristics that we could create this unforgettable Late Harvest.
The grapes were ready by January, but were left in the vineyard until April so they could acquire an outstanding level of sugar and dehydration, resulting in a wine with the correct alcohol level.

The bunches are de-stemmed, not crushed, and cold soaked for 48 hours before being inoculated with yeast. The wine goes directly to French oak barrel for 12 months; it then lays for 6 months in bottles before going to the wineries.
