Late Harvest Semillon 2005has a deep yellow wine with golden reflexes. It has a very intense peach, raisin, honey, toasted bread, butter and vanilla nose. All of these hints can also be tasted. This is a harmonious, intense, good acidity and unctuous wine. Creamy wine. This is the perfect pairing for bittersweet dishes, pork paw with apple sauce, mature cheeses or desserts.

Saurus Select Malbec 2006 features an intense dark purplish red that shows maturity. To the nose it is complex. Ripe red fruit aromas such as currants, plums and sour berries melt with some spicy hints. Due to aging in oak casks some vanilla and coffee notes are shown. The mouth-feel is pleasant and well balanced. The long, lingering finish is dominated by sweet, velvety tannins. Naturally stabilized wine, bottled without filtering.
